Source One Flooring is looking to fill the following roles:

• Estimator
• Read and evaluate construction drawings on a per-project basis as necessary to understand the full scope of work for each individual project assigned
• Use Building Connected and Bid List Spreadsheet to receive work assignments and deadlines • Perform takeoffs, accurately and in a timely manner
• Update takeoffs as necessary based on Addendums, RFI responses, bid notices etc. for all pre awarded projects or as assigned by the Chief Estimator
• Communicate with the Chief Estimator and Sales people as needed with project questions or deadline issues
• Communicate with GCs regarding RFIs and other scope-related project questions • Turn in all projects a minimum of three (3) business days before the bid date or as indicated on the Bid List spreadsheet
• Full Time Warehouse
• must be able to operate a forklift
• computer and data entry skills
